HamiltonEvents.ca is operated by Supercompressor Inc. as an independent, locally focused project intended to increase awareness and participation in events across Hamilton and surrounding communities.

The Site exists to:

• Improve discoverability of local events through structured, search-optimised listings
• Support venues, organisers, and communities that may not have strong online visibility
• Help residents and visitors more easily find things to do
• Contribute to a more active, connected, and vibrant local culture

This project is created by people who care about Hamilton and want to make it easier for others to engage with what the city has to offer.

Nothing in this section creates any obligation, guarantee, or liability beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

The Site is an event aggregation and discovery platform that:

• Collects and displays events from publicly available sources and user submissions
• Provides event information for general informational purposes
• May offer optional promotional or featured placement services
