Access has no monthly fee. A HamiltonEvents.ca fee applies to each paid ticket.

Free tickets have no HamiltonEvents.ca fee. Paid-ticket fees are calculated after discounts and can be passed to buyers or absorbed by the organiser. Stripe processing fees are separate and remain the organiser’s responsibility.

How do payments and refunds work?
Connect your organisation’s Stripe account to receive paid ticket sales. Stripe processing fees are separate. You remain responsible for ticket taxes, customer support, refunds and disputes.
Can I sell tickets for several event dates?
Yes. Each event date can have its own ticket types and inventory.
