A Cleaner Gage Park, Together
Gage Park is one of Hamilton’s most iconic green spaces, a place where neighbours, families and visitors come together to enjoy its gardens, trails and community events.
A Greener Future is proud to partner with the City of Hamilton for the September UNSMOKE Butt Blitz. Join us as we remove cigarette litter from the park and surrounding area, care for this shared public space and contribute to our September goal of collecting one million cigarette butts across Canada.
Every cigarette butt collected will be counted toward the national goal and sent to TerraCycle for recycling.
All cleanup supplies will be provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a reusable water bottle.
High school volunteer hours are available.
