About

In celebration of the 25th anniversary release of The Fellowship of the Ring, the Westdale is proud to present the Lord of the Rings Trilogy in their original Theatrical Editions as they were meant to be seen – on our big screen and with incredible sound! Each installment will be shown on consecutive Tuesday evenings beginning on Tues. Apr. 28, and for the truly courageous, all three back-to-back-to-back on Victoria Day, Mon. May 18th!

To complete your quest, a special Series Pass is available to catch any three of the six screenings in this series! When clicking ‘Buy Tickets’, select the Series Pass option, or when you purchase in-person at the box office, we will provide your pass when you attend your first screening, which can then be shown at up to two more screenings for admission. Whether you attend all of the Tuesday screenings, all of the Victoria Day screenings, or mix and match depending on your availability – the choice is yours! (Separate admissions will also remain available at our regular prices.)

Frodo and Sam, led by the grotesque Gollum, must make their final journey into Mordor towards Mount Doom in their attempt to destroy the One Ring and rid Middle Earth of evil, unaware of Gollum’s treacherous plans to claim the Ring for his own. Meanwhile, Gandalf and Aragorn, along with the remaining Fellowship, must rally the free people of Middle Earth to make one last stand as Sauron makes his final move against the World of Men, wherein Aragorn must take his rightful place upon the seat of Gondor as King.
