Develop a five-minute stand-up act with comedian Scott Faulconbridge at Levity Comedy Club. This beginner-friendly course covers writing and delivering jokes, public speaking and stage performance, with weekly online writing support.
The course meets Tuesdays from 6–8 p.m. on November 10, 17 and 24, and December 1 and 8. A graduation performance for participants takes place on Tuesday, December 15 at 8 p.m. The graduation show’s finish is estimated at 9:30 p.m.; the organizer has not published an end time.
Registration is $319 plus tax for the series, with additional booking fees through Eventbrite. The organizer also offers payment by e-transfer or cash. Classes take place at Levity Comedy Club, 120 King Street West. Sunday Zoom calls are additional course support; their dates and times have not been announced.
