The ninth Run for Hamilton brings the community together for 1K and 4K run/walk events in support of Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre Foundation. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Elder Association organizes the event on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at T.B. McQuesten Community Park, 1199 Upper Wentworth Street.
Registration opens at 11 a.m., followed by the warm-up and opening ceremony at 11:30 a.m. The 1K and 4K races and walks begin at noon. Prize distribution and refreshments begin at 1 p.m.
Estimated finish: 1:30 p.m., allowing about half an hour for awards and refreshments. The organizer has published the programme times but has not confirmed a closing time.
Current registration is $29.23 for an individual or $83.17 for a family or group of four through Race Roster.
