Rockton World's Fair returns to the Rockton Fairgrounds for Thanksgiving weekend with agricultural and livestock shows, homecraft exhibits, midway rides, vendors, live entertainment, food and family activities.
2026 fair hours: Thursday, October 8, 5:00–11:00 p.m. (midway and midway food only); Friday, October 9, 4:00–10:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 10, 9:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; Sunday, October 11, 9:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m.; Monday, October 12, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Friday's 4-H Dairy Show begins at 10:00 a.m., before the fairgrounds open for general admission. Rides and midway open at 11:00 a.m. Saturday through Monday.
Demolition Derbies are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 5:30 p.m. The official schedule also covers livestock and horse shows, competitions, stage entertainment, exhibits and family activities.

Current gate admission: adults $18; seniors 65+ $15; children ages 6–15 $10; children 5 and under free. The Sunday family pass is $45 for up to two adults and four children under 16. Parking is included; midway rides cost extra. Advance admission discounts ended October 8. Weekend passes are $40 for adults and $20 for students ages 6–15.
Free HSR shuttle: October 10–12, with the first departure each day at 9 a.m. from King Street opposite the Frank A. Cooke Terminal, arriving at the fair at 9:40 a.m. Outbound boarding stops are King at Dundurn, Main opposite Emerson, Osler opposite University Plaza, King and Sydenham in Dundas, and Highway 8 opposite Park in Greensville. Return trips run to Main at MacNab in downtown Hamilton; the last departures from the fair are 11 p.m. Saturday, 10 p.m. Sunday and 5:30 p.m. Monday. Stops and departure times vary by direction, so check the official timetable before travelling.
