Creating a disability inclusive workplace goes beyond fairness; it means understanding equity.

During the training session Fair Isn’t Always Equal: How Workplace Inequity Creates Barriers for People Who have a Disability,you will gain knowledge of:

Real-world stories to help you recognize unintended barriers people who have a disability experience in the workplace

How equity-based approaches can lead to better outcomes in the workplace.

You will also have the opportunity to learn how the Ontario Corporate Training Centre project can support you in your disability inclusion journey.

Please note, an ASL Interpretation will be provided for this event.

Cristin O’Sullivan is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of expertise providing employment support, enhancing educational access, and fostering community development initiatives for people who have disabilities. Her passion for helping others is reflected in her innovative, collaborative efforts with various organizations to address social challenges and promote equitable access.
