The Hammer Plunge 2026 returns to Fifty Point Conservation Area for a second year, inviting participants to take an icy Lake Ontario plunge in support of Hamilton General Hospital. After the plunge, participants can warm up in a winter village with food, drinks, entertainment, and time together, while supporters can cheer from the shoreline.
Super early-bird registration is $20 for adults and $10 for youth ages 12 and up; children ages 11 and under register free. The organizer lists super early-bird pricing through August 31.
