Join Hamilton's Labour Day parade and picnic on Monday, September 7, 2026. The parade leaves Bay Street North and Stuart Street at 10:30 a.m. and heads to Bayfront Park, where the community picnic runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Parade participants can assemble and sign in from 9:00 a.m.
Parade-related road closures are scheduled Monday, September 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Bay Street from Strachan Street to York Boulevard, York Boulevard from Bay Street to James Street, James Street from York Boulevard to Strachan Street, and Strachan Street from James Street to Bay Street. Allow extra travel time and follow posted detours.
