About the Hamilton Concert Band
The Hamilton Concert Band grew out of Ontario's long tradition of military and community bands, reforming in the wake of the RCAF Band at Mount Hope disbanding in 1962. More than six decades on, the band rehearses and performs year-round under Music Director Paul McGoveran, with a repertoire that ranges across rock, jazz, pops, classical and traditional marching band music, and a mandate to bring live music to audiences of all ages and tastes.
Peller Hall is fully accessible, with parking behind Memorial and in nearby lots, and bar service on site. The concert begins at 2:00 PM. Tickets are available exclusively through our box office, online or at 905-304-3232.
