Celebrate Halloween at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market on Saturday, October 31, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Join Zac’s Jacks for a free pumpkin-carving workshop, dress up for a costume parade with Hamilton Central Public Library, and trick-or-treat with participating market vendors.
Bring your own pumpkin or buy one from a market vendor. Carving tools, tips and techniques are provided, and the market takes care of composting the scraps. The activities are family-friendly and free; pumpkins and other market purchases cost extra.
From October 1–31, take part in a free pumpkin scavenger hunt during regular market hours. Pick up a scavenger sheet at the Market Office, find the hidden pumpkins and return your completed sheet to enter a prize draw.
Location: Hamilton Farmers’ Market, 35 York Boulevard.
