Most business owners have experimented with ChatGPT, but there’s a real difference between using AI as a tool and having AI actually do the work for you. Join Innovation Factory for Hamilton Small Business Week for a hands-on look at AI agents for small business, led by Christian Betancourt, founder of The Agentic Powerhouse.
This is a lunch and learn, so lunch will be served. Come hungry and ready to see AI agents built live, not just talked about.
This is a live build, not a tool roundup. Christian will build two working AI agents in the room. The first is a voice agent that calls a new lead, qualifies them, and books the appointment, and attendees can hand over their own number and take the call themselves. The second handles marketing work, researching and writing content on its own with nobody watching it. Christian will then walk through what it actually takes to put one of these into your own business.
What you’ll learn
The difference between using AI and delegating work to an AI agent
How AI agents can follow up with leads, qualify prospects, answer questions, and book meetings
How agents can take on recurring marketing, administrative, research, and reporting tasks
Which business processes are best suited for AI agents, and which ones still need a human
What you need to start building and implementing AI agents for your own small business
Why it matters for startups and entrepreneurs
For small and mid-sized businesses, time spent on lead follow-up, admin, and repetitive marketing tasks is time not spent growing the business. AI agents for small business offer a way to hand that work off entirely, not just speed it up. Seeing two agents built live, one handling a real qualifying call and one handling marketing content independently, gives founders a concrete, practical sense of what’s actually possible right now, and what it would take to put one to work in their own operations.
Who should attend
Business owners curious about AI agents for small business but unsure where to start
Founders looking to reduce time spent on lead follow-up, admin, and repetitive marketing work
Anyone who has used AI tools like ChatGPT and wants to understand what delegating real work to AI actually looks like

Meet the speaker
Christian Betancourt, Founder, The Agentic Powerhouse
Christian Betancourt started on the sales floor and in call centers, then moved into revenue and marketing planning, working large data sets to find where the money was and building the campaigns to go get it. He later ran his own marketing agency before moving into AI full time.
He now runs The Agentic Powerhouse, where he installs AI agents that take over repetitive roles inside small and mid-sized businesses: agents that call and qualify leads, research and write marketing content, handle intake and follow-up, and run reporting and admin work without anyone supervising them.
