‍ Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka JR. follows a mystifying candy manufacturer named Willy Wonka who hides 5 golden tickets in 5 of his famous chocolate bars. Whoever discovers these tickets will win a tour of the Wonka factory and a lifetime supply of candy. This sparks a passion in the children of our story, especially one named Charlie Bucket. Charlie is a loveable character in contrast to the 4 other unpleasant winners. We watch as Charlie, his equally loveable Grandfather, and the 4 other winners with their parents, enter the gates of the factory. The children must learn to follow Wonka's rules, or else there will be consequences. Charlie reminds us to keep hope even when things are hard and stay true to who we are no matter what others expect us to be.
