Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that we will be holding our 2026 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, July 29th at 5:00 pm .

The meeting will take place virtually over Zoom. You will need to register at the following link in order to attend the meeting:

All members are welcome to attend the meeting where we will present the 2025 audited financial statements, appoint next year’s auditor, elect the Board of Directors and present an annual update.

All memberships must be valid at the time of the AGM. Memberships can be renewed, or new memberships can be purchased prior to the start of the meeting here .
