Join Sandy Shaw for a free screening of Parade: Queer Acts of Love and Resistance (2025), a Canadian made documentary directed by Noam Gonick detailing the journey through Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ history. From milestones such as the We Demand Rally, the launch of The Body Politics, protest marches after the Operation Soap raids, as well as the rise of two-spirit identity among Indigenous LGBTQ people.

Content warning: This film discusses discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, racism, and the impact of HIV/AIDS on the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
