The Lowdown Dirty MojosThe Lowdown Dirty Mojos are a Hamilton, Ontario–based Rhythm ’n’ Blues outfit with a rockin’ mid‑’60s R&B sound and modern sensibility. Formed in 2018 by Paul Wootton and Stephen Foster, they dig into vintage‑inspired grooves with original songs that nod to classic R&B and blues roots. The band has released several albums — including Screamin’ Hoodoo R’n’B, Stone Cold Groovers, and Down’n’Dirty — and won the Maple Blues Award for New Artist of the Year in 2022. Their energetic live shows and growing catalog reflect deep love for soulful, guitar‑driven R&B and roots music.
