Running for Rachael returns to Lime Ridge Mall for its 14th year, bringing Hamilton together for a 5K run/walk in support of suicide prevention, education and awareness.
Registration and check-in begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by opening ceremonies at 8:30 a.m., the run at 9:00 a.m. and the walk at 9:05 a.m. Registration is open through Race Roster.
