Fringe Boulevard brings the Hamilton Fringe Festival community hub to King William Street at James Street North from July 15 to 26. The pedestrian-friendly street hub is filled with free music, dance, vendors, drag, film, painting, performance, and festival gathering space throughout the 12-day run.
